I found the staff very friendly. The room was clean and good. I lost a bracelet and did not realise until I got home, but staff had found it in the restaurant and arranged for it to be returned to me. I felt very grateful for their honesty.

The room I had was slightly smaller than I had hoped for.

The staff were very friendly upon my arrival. the bed offered great comfort. I liked opening the window instead of using air conditioning. the breakfast selection included many choices, amazing!!!

i noticed slight soiling on the corridor carpets, but it wasn't a huge issue.

i found the location convenient. the room was clean and featured a very comfortable bed. the staff were also friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which i appreciated.

the outside of the main entrance looked quite shabby. there was noticeable rubbish and broken glass on the door. the overall appearance seemed a bit run down.
